31 yrs female married since 2 yrs case of pcos with irregular menses. On metformin 500mg bd. Conceived with clomid 50 mg. Ovulation spontaneous not used  bhcg. Given duphastone 10 mg od for 5 days .UPT was weakly positive after 7 days of missed period .

BHCG was 750 on on day 7 of missed period repeat  bhcg after 5 day 360. how to manage. Please guide. What should I add for next cycle to have successful pregnancy, prolactine and tsh WNL. Thanks.
