35 years female with h/o primary infertility with severe Dysparaunia, severe Dysmennorhea, severe Mennorrhagia not responding to medical tt,on USG, Multiple fibroid large one [8x5cm] came to me for Hysterectomy in her first visit. She is insisting me for operation.What shall I do?
