Today a mother complained about her 8-month-old baby"s intense vomiting after salty food intake beginning after 2 hrs of ingestion. He is very fond of sweet foods but even slightest salty food stimulates severe vomiting. There is no family history of any type of food or other allergy.

The infant is quite healthy about 8 kg now and his birth wt was 3 kg. Is such type of allergy known? How this problem can be managed?
