36 week pregnant female, in severe staus asthmaticus, not responding to treatment, with an ABG that shows, pH -6.9,pCO2- 106.pO2 144 on 10 lit/min, completely obtunded and not responding,. breathing at  more than 60 -70/ min,  BP 170/115, PULSE 94/MIN, will soon fatigue.Spo2 has satarted falling down. No CTG monitoring available, Examination of airway--Jaw is tightly closed may or may not open with midazolam.

Actually does not relax even with propofol. How to intubate?
