A 18 year old gentleman, having this picture since 3-4 years, completed DEC therapy, MRI shows bilateral inguinal, pelvic and retroperitoneal lymphatic dilation Till bifurcation of great vessels. Maximum diameter of lymphatic at the level of great vessels is about 3cm.

What would you suggest for Deroofing of dilated lymphatic?
