A 43 years old Female , non diabetic. not hypertensive c/o itching without any rashe and pain both feet , more after walking followed by itching on palms and swelling of fingers ( non oedmeatous) off  and on. Similar complaints last year in the Month of April  and treated by physician initially with antihistamines and later with short course of steroids.

Patient remain alright last 9 months . What it could be?
