The patient having redness over glans penis for 1 month, Pain during sexual activity. Initially, there were 2 dotted lesions. Then applied antifungal, neomycin, steroid cream. Lesions subside but this redness appear last 3 days and eroded lesions also appear. Severe pain even on touching. No regional lymphadenopathy.

No multiple sexual partners. No burning micturition. No pus discharge. Is it Balanitis? What could be the line of treatment?
