Is it ok to have Hb 13.2% in patient with Nail appearance (as in image) in a Female 26 years old with TLC 5600/cmm and 48% lymphocytes. Clinical patient have symptoms of APD.
No organomegaly, Lymphadenopathy. Hemodynamically stable.
