A 32 years male preparing for competitive exams, complaining about every day feeling lethargic, weakness, unable to concentrate, tremors in hand and leg, feeling to fall down if try to walk, all these symptoms happen every day only in the evening from 6 to 8 pm unless and until he eat some food stuff especially sweet. It only happen when he studied for whole noon, but when he doesn't study or read in the noon, he doesn't feel any of the above symptoms. His daily diet is, early morning breakfast at 8 AM, lunch at 2 pm, need snacks at 5 pm, dinner at 9 pm. If he skips snacks then he felt very ill.
