Kindly go through part 1 of this case click here . This patient responded very slowly. On 14-8-17 x ray chest showed pneumonitis over small Rt sided pleural effusion. I continued same treatment and today 25-8-17 X-ray and usg of Rt Thorax indicate, pneumonitis is clear and small amount of fluid is still present. Cardiac shadow is reduced in size.
Patient still c/o pain over both sides chest wall and dissension get reduced on Walking, appetite improved. What to do further? I am not convinced with the treatment. Can it be due three types of NSAIDs, she was consuming in village for a month?
