It's been in news recently that Government wants to bring a new legislation that doctors with MBBS or MD degree have to prove themselves by an assesment test every 3 to 5 years in order to remain in practice. I personally feel that it should be implemented for all professions and why only health services.

Whether we need periodic asessment tests to prove ourselves?
