Uttarakhand Health Department passed an order for a prescription audit to check rational use, prescription of generic drugs and passed instructions to medical practitioners. Write the prescription in triplicate: one copy for patients, one for chemist and one for office record. Nongeneric drugs can be written with permission of senior doctors.
