Fresh MBBS graduates have limited experience in handling all sort of patients. They are being posted with the responsibility of the PHC and entrusted with paramedical staff with a clinical experience of just one year.

Don’t you think that newly experienced doctors need further years of rigorous supervised training before they can practice independently ? What is your opinion about it?
