About 1 yr back this girl presented to me with only complain of not growing in height for abt 4 yrs and is the shortest in her class 5th.she was normal healhty jaini child with no prsnt or past chronic illness. her wt was 34kg. 75th centile.height 115cm .much below 5th centile and almost 15 to 20cm shorter than her peers.upper and lower segment were proportinate.all s/e were normal and has no dysmorphism.she was average in studies.
other important hist was digged that she dosent like to play or involve in any physical activity as she develops intense headache and so only view tv.
