Niti Ayog recently advised for Scrapping MCI looking at high-level Corruption and mismanagement. Going by the same logic if some ministers or members of Parliament or legislative assembly found to be corrupt this aayog may even suggest scrapping these so-called temples of Democracy.

If a member of an organisation is corrupt we should find better people to run that institution rather than scrapping it, please opine.
