Due to vague complaints, BP 60mm systolic. History of long fever and long treatment in past, I suspected Addition's disease. ESR 45,anti ccp -tive, TSH normal, Hb normal.

S. Cortisol level 3.0ng and after 4mg Dexamethasone, it was 0.4 ng. X-ray chest relatively small heart. Is this Addison's disease?
