A 25 yrs male patient with ptosis affecting only the left eye bulging of upper eye lids , recently noticeble slurred speech and anxiety , voice changed to nasal , food particles especially juicy or oily sweet items choking him near throat , difficulty to cough expectorant, ice pack test for 30 seconds became positive relieving the ptosis and double vision weight of the patient 101 kg TSH , extreme body weakness relieves after rest. Overactive bladder drops of urine from penis even after voiding completely, constipation, weight fluctuation loses 10 - 15 kg of weight easily within a weak and aslo easily gains back 10 - 15 kg body weight within a week or two.
Pretibial myxedema, sleap apnea , hairfall, unhealed bruises or cold cut injuries in right toes for long time but non diabetic. BP : 134 /90 after exertion but at rest 120 /76 pulse 86 - 90
