A patient  of 24 yrs suddenly had jaundice with vomit low grade fever & mild abdomen pain after having alcohol. Bilirubin rose from 6 mg% to 45 mg% in 4 days. SGPT shot up from 1200 to 5500IU on IV FLUIDS & conservative therapy. Hep A, B, C negative. Conscious & oriented.

Renal function normal. He seems to be a case of Fulminant alc hepatitis. Is there any other differential diagnosis further management? Kindly suggest
