18-years boy, taking antifungals (itraconazole and fluconazole irregularly for 4....5months, now c/o numbness in medial 3 fingers of Lt hand with wasting of small muscles of Lt hand. No weakness in hand. NCV shows axonal and myelin degenerative neuropathy of Lt median nerve and mild myelin degenerative neuropathy of radial nerve also.

Skin pictures are posted. Lt median nerve easily palpable in comparison to rt. Is this a case of Leprosy or antifungals drugs induced Toxic Neuropathy ?
