45-year male presented with this lesion. History since 20 years, has now rapidly grown in last 4 months. Incisional biopsy s/o Kerato- acanthoma. CT scan done.

No invasion noted. To adjacent structures plan-wide local excision with sos rotational flap. Inputs and suggestions welcome.
