Suppose two young patients without comorbidities come to my clinic with TSH report 56 and 200 .should i order FT4 prior to replacement therapy and if I prescribe directly eltroxin then starting doses are different or same to both pt.I am asking this question because we usually prescribe   TSH as screening test for hypothyroidism.
