One of my senior friend is practising Laparoscopic Surgery for over 25 years and is considered as a mentor for many next generation Lap Surgeons. He has done is MS in General surgery in probably in the early 90s. He has trained himself with other lap surgeons before establishing himself but there are no MCI recognised degrees which says he can perform Laparoscopic Surgeries. He is highly talented and doing significant number of advanced lap surgeries for the past 25 years.
He is currently thinking of withdrawing himself from doing all he was doing since he started. Is he immune for any legal issues related to this? kindly suggest.
