Case Presentation An 85-year-old female presented to a clinic with an exacerbated eruption of tense blisters ( image attached for reference ). These blisters were present on the trunk and extremities of the patient. According to the patient, the rash developed 2 months ago, whereas the blisters appeared since the last week. The patient denied any use of medications but admitted that her husband had a similar kind of rash.

Physical Examination The patient was afebrile and had urticarial plaques along with overlying tense blisters on the trunk and axillae.
