A 48 years old lady teacher came to me with complaints of leg swelling for past three months. RFT, CBC, LFT, thyroid and blood lipid profile are normal. No diabetic or HTN. Menopause not yet attained. She is not on any drugs.

No any prominent dilated veins. USG done as part of master health check up have grade 1 fatty liver. No features of DVT. Please suggest diagnosis and further treatment.
