A 55-year-old female presented with high degree AV block to our cardiology emergency. She was planned for permanent pacemaker implantation. But she had developed skin lesions since 3 months. It's started as small pink lesions progressively increasing to size of 5 x 7 cm each.

Other small lesions of same seen over abdomen. Biopsy was done but report is pending. Kindly give diagnosis as we want to go for PPI implantation as early as possible.
