A pt 57 years, wt 100 kg, DM from 16 years, waiter captain in a five star hotel, duty ten hours on feet. He has skin lesions on both legs from three years, whenever get wet or exaggerated I give him antibiotctics for ten days.

Other wise remain in same condition. Now treatment for proper relief is welcomed.
