A 23-year-old boy diagnosed with case of fatty liver grade3 and autoimmune hepatitis, hyperuricemia, dyslipidemia under treatment of deflazacort and Azathioprine for 20 days has lipid profile, uric acid, hepatic enzymes normal, ESR normal has TLC 14000 which increased to 16000 within 2 days, DLC in normal range, no fever. How to proceed in this case?
