I am surgeon and would like to know close (by a specialist in dermatology/immunologist) Unified lichen planus, on the scalp, occurred in a female patient, age 50 years with history of abdominal cancer and stress, only very small, slowly expanding, since about 14 years, irregular, 2 x 8 cm, no special medications, no findings in scalp biopsy, no other diseases, extremely dry skin and mucous membranes.Are there new , or any medication?
