A seven year child c/o cough for one month, not improving with treatment. X-RAY done, CHEST X-RAY showing mesocardia, aortic knuckle on Rt side , VENTRICULAR apex prominent on Rt side also. Rt lung field showing dilated bronchi with peribrochial inflammation around, but CBC today is normal.

Second X-RAY showing frontal sinus genesis on Rt side. CAN CHILD BE A CASE OF KARTAGENER SYNDROME?
