A 15-year-old girl presented with a lower back pain in the ED. The girl had fallen while taking part in gymnastics some days ago, she also complained of lower back discomfort. Otherwise, her health history is unremarkable. Examination Diffuse tenderness was observed over the lower lumbar vertebrae but did not suggest any fracture X-ray and CT scans were obtained (images attached).
