A 42-year aged lady came with lower back pain. She didn't come before when the pain started. Only took paracetamol. Bit it didn't stop so she also took co-codamol tabs. Finally, she saw a family physician and prescribed ibuprofen. After pain not decreased, she come to me. I found absence of spinal tenderness except over coccyx.
So I prescribed some dihydrocodeine. She came again after 2 days and said she felt nothing in her lower back now. She was urinating without having the feel. I promptly referred to orthopaedics team. They are fearing of lumbar canal stenosis. What can be the diagnosis?
