I have completed my MBBS and MD from assam. I worked in Delhi where it is a must to get registered under delhi medical council. I did it and worked there.

Now, I am in Tamilnadu is it again necessary to do registration every time if I change state. Some members of MCI if they come for inspection ask to get registered under current state again but some dont ask. On the other hand my name is already there in MCI register through assam council of medical registration.
