A 68yr old patient was presented. He is diabetic since 10+ yrs. PNP +++. No PVD Diabesity +++ . No CKD. Blood investigations:TC high. Pt presented with Left lower limb swelling, pain and serous leak from some areas of leg since 2 days.

Chills & rigors +++. Pt had similar presentation 1 yr back on R. lower limb & was operated by local surgeon with multiple release incisions. It took 6 months to heal. So pt has a High Risk Feet. Discuss the cause & management.
