Surgeons at Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Lucknow, have achieved a rare and life-changing surgical milestone by successfully treating a young woman born with two uteruses and two vaginas, along with complex urinary and anorectal anomalies. The case marks the first of its kind handled at the institute and represents a significant achievement in the management of rare congenital urogenital and gastrointestinal malformations.
