Recently I had 82-year-old dementia patient missing from home and found after 1 month. he presented with a 3' circular wound on right sole with lots of maggots inside.he is not diabetic and no other pathology.i prefer using turpentine to remove maggots from the wound, is there any other options available?

Routine cleaning and dressing along with antibiotics were given.
