A 5-year-old male child presented with h/o  difficulty in speaking and difficulty in walking for last 6 months, he cannot run fast and mother also notices that he use to fall as and when he tries to run fast, there is mild developmental delay in the form that he started sitting at the age of 9 months and walking at the age of one and a half yrs, there is no h/o birth asphyxia and no h/s/o neonatal jaundice or any bad obstetric history,full term normal delivery in hospital and immediate birth cry and birth it was 2.5 kg, according to mother he was little slow since very early age, however, younger sister of 2 yrs of age and doing well with normal development, his elder sister died at the age of 9 years due severe pneumonia and she was also having some difficulty in speaking, on examination : no pallor, cyanosis or jaundice, no definite cutaneous marker seen, higher mental function was…
