4 yr boy presented with cervical lymphadenopathy. H/o contact TB present. The boy is asymptomatic. Mantoux test is positive. FNAC Report s/o scanty aspirate.
Reactive Lymphadenitis. Smear shows negative for Zn stain and negative for malignant cells. Lymphocyte prominence. The weight of boy is also 18 kg good. What should be the line of management, whether to start antitubercular drugs or not?
