A man aged 54 yrs complaints of defective vision and redness of the left eye since 4 years duration. He has a history of painful nodules in the scleral region. The pt had treatment at three centers. He is a known diabetic under control. Visual acuity is the perception of light. The intraocular pressure is 14 mm hg.

Other eye has immature cataract and has no significant findings. What is the diagnosis? What is the line of management? What is the prognosis for this case?
