Hello doctors,  There is a patient who took pills and aborted her pregnancy as she was diagnosed with fibroid and was having severe pain. Now she has fibroid of 6*6 cm in ant wall of uterus. Her uterus is around 16, weeks size.

How to manage her before her next pregnancy? Does she need a myomectomy as fibroid looks big and as she was symptomatic in this pregnancy?
