56 years non diabetic female patient with degenerative scoliosis with gr. II listhesis at L4-5 level with canal stenosis and chronic pivd at L3-4 and L4-5 LEVEL with severe rest pain and radiation in left lower limb.

She was taken-up for pedical screw fixation at L4-5 level decompression of L3-4, L4-5 level and posterolateral fusion from L3 to S1. Post operatively she developed discharging wound .HEMOGRAM shows TLC 18000/CUMM, with 90 % polys.Kindly suggest.
