A 29 year old healthy male felt light headedness one day without any prior symptoms. He felt that when his head turns he feel that his eyes are taking time to focus. He doesn't feel it while looking steady at something. He consulted an ENT surgeon and his ears were fine and tge ent specialist sighted stress as a cause and to forget about it. Slowly the symptoms disappeared only to appear again one day when this man woke up and he was having headache. The same night while in bed lightheadedness appeared while turning his head left or right but not while being straight. Thus time he went for detailed examination.
His fundus and eye sight are perfectly normal. Neurologist cleared him saying stress might be the cause. MRI brain is normal. MRI neck showing disc changes at c3-4 and c6-7 level witg early spondylotic changes. Cervical xray showing loss of lordosis with muscular spasm. Ortho…
