A 30 years old female (BMI of 35 Kg/m2) gravida 2 para 0 live 0, conceived spontaneously. Her period Of gestation is seven weeks with beta HCG level - 19000, USG scheduled next week. Last year she conceived after IVF (h/o primary infertility for five years)s with twin gestation.
She had cervical incompetence at 24 weeks, underwent emergency cerclage ,which failed and she had abortion.
