A patient with clinical suspicion of uretric calculus, by Ultrasonagram showing Right sided Grade III hydronephro-ureterosis due to VUJ calculus of 7.9 mm size. Patient was given on Antibiotic, aklanaysing agent, cystone and analgesics.

Patient is clinically asymptomatic now and in this scenerio wheter we can wait for paasing of stone or needs referral to urologists urgently. Your experieces and opions please.
