A 9 year old girl child is detected to be having Mitral Valve Prolapse (moderate) with (mild) MR during school health check up and was confirmed on 2D Ecography. She is asymptomatic. No complaints like fever, cough, tiredness or palpitations.

Growth parameters are within normal limits. She has been advised Penicillin prophylaxis an opinion by pediatric cardiologist. Kindly suggest the line of management for such cases.
