My mother (55 years) old has c/o recurrent paresthesia, pins and needles sensation over her right hand for the past two months during one such episode, her hands went cold but pulse was normal. No pallor, Erythema, Cyanosis. No other significant symptoms other than vague c/o chest pain occasionally. Occasional excessive sweating. She also has symptoms of dyspnoea while lying down flat (for around a year) which is not severe but is relieved by elevation by pillow to about 45 degrees.

She had been menstruating till June this year. Last year she had a cessation of menstruation for 6 months after which it resumed again.
