Respected Members,  Please guide how to manage patients who try to seek consultation saying "emergency" disturbing normal queue? If I entertain them other patients also start saying it's their "emergency"  too and if I see them in between on high fees, people start fighting that for the extra  money you are sending patients in between. I am frequently getting such issues in my OPD leading to the unnecessary chaos that disturbs my mental peace.
