It is only a matter of balancing your diet.. It does not matter if you replace your calories coming from Chapatis by calories from mangoes. Body doesn’t differentiate whether the glucose is coming form a Chapati or from a mango.

The problem is when you eat mangoes OVER AND ABOVE your daily requirement of calories. So if tomorrow you want to have a small mango or half of a big mango, have it in place of two Chapatis of your diet. Share your opinion regarding diet and diabetes.
