The Medical Council of India (MCI) is considering a proposal to offer the MBBS course in Hindi. The proposal was submitted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University seeking permission to initiate courses in Hindi. A detailed report is being sought by MCI on the availability of resources such as books and journals in Hindi towards the coursework.
