Human body is controlled by Mind (brain) which is again controlled by spirit. Many know mind and body but what is spirit is not known to many. As a science man, I too understood very late in my practice and since it is not understood by science it is almost rejected. Science is like court that requires evidence or else even truth is rejected. Our vedic sciences have mentioned it.
Bhrug Samhita written by Bhrug Rishi has written it and we find that most of it comes true.
