In life many of us want things and situations that are Fast, Cheap and Good. Apparently in New York, the saying goes that "One can have only two at any time i.e If its Fast and Cheap, it can't be Good; if its Fast and Good, it can't be Cheap and If its Cheap and Good, it can't be Fast." On the similar lines I want to pose the same question to the medical fraternity out there as to what is the price we pay for our choices as doctors and who pays the price ? Medical Professionalism which includes Ethics and Technical Proficiency : We spend years to learn our trade and the way to conduct ourselves in the profession and we could make loads of money , but does it come at a loss at the level of the family ?
